Not the prettiest job, but the sill was caved in a fair bit.

That's a tough section to do Dean.
Doesn't look too bad. Smiley I cut my section out too. Waiting on new sills to see how much I need to re-manufacture or weld old sections back in.
Keep the pictures coming!

Thanks Nick & jamie,

The support you get on this forum is really great.

Funny thing happened at work yesterday (servo attendant), one of the local hiway patrol guys came in & I showed him a pic of the Taxi when we photoshopped it. I then asked him if it would attract his attention, his reply "if it looked like that, bloody oath!!, looks like it's just been dragged out of a paddock".
My reply "it has  Grin ". We then had a chat about it & he said as long as it's all road worthy they would have no drama's with it, just expect to get pulled over at first until they know the car. I know one of the local officers loves the grey & white car.

Might head off & see if any parcels have arrived.

G'day Dean, good to see some progress on the old girl, just a quick tip with the welding, if you clean all the old paint and crap off before you weld you will find it easier as anything on the surface stops the currant flowing smoothly, one of those twist wire brushes on a 100mm angle grinder will clean it all up back to bare metal in seconds and they are pretty cheap.

No real progress on the Taxi of late. Hoping to get some done over Christmas break. I did go shopping last weekend. Some of these bits will find their way into the Taxi.
