Interstate (and international) members are always welcome at the Vic club. No requirement to attend any events and you will always receive fast attention to any problems you are having - our newsletters are emailed to members and the membership form is downloadable from our website.

If you haven't grown up by 50, you don't have to.

Thanks for the advice guys, haven't had time to reply been up to my elbows in bog and sandpaper, the reason I'd prefer to join the Brisbane club is that once the real estate market picks up we're still planning on moving back to the Gold coast area, then I'll be able to go to meetings and get involved in the club.

This is getting ridiculous, now seven weeks, no membership and no contact to let me know what's happening, this website is run by the FE/FC clubs and they would obviously be aware of what was going on as well as just40 said he had contacted someone and was going to bring it up at the meeting, the Qld. club certainly don't bother to put out the welcome mat for new members.

Pedro,

There are only a couple of guys from the QLD that are computer literate, so not many get on here.

The best way is to go to a meeting... Not that I have ever been able to being from Cairns. The club runs and days organised look like a great event, so don't get too disappointed yet. Send Bruce Webster an email and ask to be put on the newsletter list that he sends out each month. That will get you started.

Hey Fredro  Wink

The Qld club should now give you access to the club members only parts of the forum.

Fredro and PeddyC, I've updated your profiles. You should be able to see the Club-only areas now.

Hey Fredro

Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy, Quick thinking there David

G'day Fred welcome to the site, actually they didn't say anything about you, just asked if my name was Fred when there was some confusion with my membership.

Thanks RET.

Glad all is sorted out, but as jason said most of the club committee do not visit the forums and were unaware of the problems.
predo and fred we have only 2 club runs to go for this year, mulgowie and south brisbane cliffs, so come along and meet the club.
