Hi.
Thanks for the numbers.
I suspect the paint code is 253-7481, confirming the paint colour as Elk Blue.

Yes geoff, the numbers were hard to read off my phone.  Where I took the photos he actually had a shell of a very very low number build FE.  From memory they were recalled due to a structural problem?  Im not sure

1956 FE's did have a structural problem, but they were never recalled. Cars were "fixed" at dealerships if they presented with problems.
Would be very interested to get numbers from the car you mention.

Hi, not to hijack this thread, but are you after the numbers to compile and track how many FE/Fc's ars still on the road. If so i will post The details off my FE Special.

Yes that's right, I collect the data to find production quantities as well as paint and trim combinations.
Any extra info is greatly appreciated
