Hi I am after the dimensions so I can fabricate my own outrigger or modify the existing one.

Jason, Rodsracks fabricate an outrigger for $55.00. this may be an easy way out for you.

Cheers guys but I would rather fabricate my own and save money because I have heaps of steel here and all the tools to make it. If anyone has the dimensions could you please post them for me.

The dimensions will only get you half way. You will still need to bolt the crossmember up to the car to get it in the right place. If it is not right it will stuff your caster angle adjustment ability.
Soooooo - if you have the crossmember all bolted up you can measure and make as you go so to speak.  This is what I would do.  The very first one I did, I hand made - I will never make another one though. It's just not worth the effort when you can just weld on a replacement off an FB EK EJ or EH.
