The running gear up grade was done years before the engineers certificate laws came in & pre dates those laws,the engine number is on the rego papers & is all legal.It would only need to be engineered if the current set is changed.

Its taken me a while to post this, but, I purchased this car when it was on ebay. The last owner had the BAD-781 number plates on the car when I looked at it (from the FJ holden movie fame) but they didn't go with the sale.

I've spent the last few months doing the odd rust repair on the car, touching up the paint and doing some structural mods to bring it up to standard for QLD mod plate regulations

I'll start a new thread about it in the Members Cars forum shortly
