I am in the process of preparing my FC for paint and require some advice on the rear bumper to body seals.

I am hoping that these seals will become available shortly. The seals on my FC had been removed when i purchased my car, however they seem to be held in place by a small channel that just seems to tap down on them to "pinch" them in place.  If so what gap do I need to ensure that I have to refit the body to bumper seals. I am thinking that if I ensured that I left a 1/4" or 6mm gap then when the seals became available I would be able to fit them successfully.

Am I correct in assumptions? Would someone please confirm?

Hi Kieth,
1/4" would be plenty. The rubber is only 2-3mm thick.
Cheers,
