hi folks just wondering if any people out there have put a commodore dash into their builds??

Jason from Cairns (fevanv6) did a great job of putting a Commondoor dash in his beautiful FC van.

I'm sure he'll post some pictures when he sees this post.

as in put an entire Commo dash in place of the original? I suspect some cutting and trickery would be required.

After you cut a foot or two out of the width you'll also see that there's not a lot of depth (from front to windscreen) compared to that in the commodore body Undecided

Ed, just need to make some kick panels, re-do door trims and respray, but no hurray as it's on the road now!
(Also got side tracked with a goggomobil)

looks like a top mod you did jason, yeah im doing up a ek ute so the commodore dash shouldnt come out too far as the ek dash is fairly deep might just need to muck around with the width
