Hi Guys
Could somebody tell me if i can open up the base that the littel fuse plugs into. I have only the yellow wire coming out of mine and the others have corroded away.
Or are they avaiable anywhere new.
Or someone got a spare???

I went to Auto one in Chatswood and they couldn't help me.?? Brought in the fuse and the base.
It's the base I want not the metal bit.
Its got a bakerlite base and screws onto the brakepedal mount (?) and breaks contact when the brake pedal is applied. Sorry for my ignorance of the correct naming. Embarrassed
It has four wires exiting. One yellow two black from the blinkers on the dash and one other which is missing on mine. It's the stop light switch. I think! Huh

Not really, any decent auto electrician should have them. Get a good one though, metal thread not the plastic threaded ones.

Sounds more like the blinker can mount. Your brake light switch has 2 wires only.

Yes its the flasher can mount you want - It has 3 slots in the top for an aluminium canister to plug into.
I can supply you a good working second hand one complete with canister if you need it. You wont get a new original style one to fit straight into your harness.

Send me a pm
