Am looking for a twin stromberg carb manifold for my grey, (with linkages would be a bonus) I have got two carbs that I can reco but would be happy to look at one complete with carbs. Have looked on Ebay for a while and they just seem to go for ridiculous prices, I've long suspected that the Ebay system does have dummy bidders to push prices up to ridiculous levels.

Thanks Mick

Cheers Mick

Thanks for the lead FC427, I've put a "watch" on the manifold but I openly admit I'm suspicious of Ebay and even moreso of a Trader that has no trading history at all offering the item.

I'm not tarring every ebay trader with the same brush and I know that there are good worthwhile deals done on a regular basis, lets just say I'm old school and unfortunatley for me ebay has been a classic case of "once bitten twice shy"

Thanks again FC427 for the info.

The search is over for a manifold, Jason contacted me and he had a Speco manifold he was prepared to sell so now I better start doing some research into what jet sizes to use. I'm sure it will be somewhere in this forum as its been an excellent resource for so much for me.

Thanks again Jason

Try to get a couple of adjustable main jets for your carbys screw them in to lean the mixture out to enrich the mixture go for a drive with an air fuel ratio gauge with the sniffer shoved up the exhaust and start to tune......FC427.....
