Is this the right way for wiring sealed beam headlights.
Looking at the back, top terminal is earth, left terminal is low beam and
right terminal is high beam.

No - The left terminal is earth & the top is low beam. If you are using the original FC headlamp loom, the black wire goes to the left terminal, the brown wire goes to the top and the green wire goes to the right terminal.
