Sorry should have explained diff a bit better,. Here goes, L/h axle in R/h side,R/h Axle tube cut to same width as standard L/H axle length.R/h Axle put in L/h Side And both cut down,Diff is in centre Lips sealed

 Thanks, that makes more sense. Off the top of your head do you know how much shorter the cut down axle is to the original LH axle ?

Hard lid is made out of 1 inch box tubing the upholsterd all over, the hinges are colt sed boot hinges just bolted to the ute inner quarter covers real easy.

I believe its around 3 inches difference.
