Looks like a Bailey's conversion - is there a funny little flip over clip that acts as a window lock for the sliding window?
Body doesn't look that bad in the pics - a bit of rust at the front of the sill and beside the spare wheel door, but nothing that is visible in the quarter panel. I guess it has the usual floor rust.
The left front door is history but the guard looks good and the spare wheel door looks really good which is a bonus.

Hi, Ken
I would say its a Bailey's conversion - it does have the funny little flip over clip that acts as a window lock for the sliding window?
Body does have the usual rust in the front of the sills, front floor pans & subframe where the stableliser bar mounts & across under the radiator.

i have all the rust repair sections except the subframe stableliser bar section, I have a second hand one of these from an old wreck but it needs a little work before it is usable.

Here's a few photos of the poor old girl getting ready for the rust repairs.

Hi, Alex
The other FC is a 1959 Wangarra Grey over Ascot Grey wagon with Fall Red & Black trim & was last registered HAU 524 & I suspect started in 1970 & I still haven't got around to starting it, it still has the original rego sticker, originally brought it for spares about 7 years ago for $280.00 but too good to wreck when i got it home so I stuck it in the garrage & its still there.

the guy i brought it off had been given it & was going to convert his FJ to FC 13" wheels & then changed his mind so the only thing missing are 3 brake drums.

It was found in some guys grand fathers shed after he passed away & I would say that it was one of those old farm sheds where the car was driven in & the back would stick out slightly and over time the tyres had gone flat & the front windscreen rubber shrunk & when it rained the rain would run down the roof & leak through the windscreen rubber & has rusted out the floor pans.

I would say that the reason for it going in the shed after only 11 or 12 years on the road was the result of an accident as it has a set of fibreglass front mud guards, Fe bonnet & slight damage to the L/H front door.

Also come with the cargo area packed with parts like remote oil filter & a glass washer bottle so it was an excellent buy.

Hard to find rust repair sections for the old girl, but you can get lucky picked up a complete floor sill to sill firewall to half way under seat NOS Holden from the Ballarat Swap meet last weekend now thats 50 years this has been sitting around gathering dust.

This will make the floor repair a fair bit easier once i drill out all the spot welds, a good few days here,

i will post a photo of the NOS floor soon.

Rob.
