If she doesn't sleep well then I recommend a book to you by Tizzie Hall called "Save our Sleep". No affiliation, etc. just a very good book, particularly for getting them into a routine.

thanks all TTV6FC, The last weeks seem to drag out then bang its here, hope your lady has as good a labour as mine only 2 hours and after she said it wasnt that bad. ( Lucky for me ) |
