just after some info on the best way to either restore the old chrome as it is in good condition, no rust just dull. or someone that can do the whole lot back to new in brisbane area that has dealt with this kind of stuff before. i will be getting the bumpers and grill re done new but just the chrome strips on the side not to sure?

The ''Chrome strips " are actually stainless steel and also the 3 grill bars, and can be polished to a mirror finish you can have the plater Polish them for you.. or do them your self.....I do all my own metal polishing .......FC427........

If normal metal/chrome polish won't get the dullness out of the chrome I would say you need to re-chrome. The chrome plate is very thin, but pretty tough so see if a drill mounted polishing wheel will get it out, you can grab this gear from most hardware stores.
