Hey DJ. I wouldn't say it is unique, I have seen a few FE's with this paint treatment. I believe this was a way that FE owners added a bit more colour. A way of upgrading to match it with the newer FC perhaps? Here's a closer look.  Regards Alex |

Nice pics Bruce. Gotta love an FC wagon with curtains. Another Canberra shot.  Stawell. Check out the Town hall flanked by the local Holden dealer. Service dept on one side and new car showroom on the other. Take a close look and you will be able to tell when this pic was taken.  Google shows that neither of these dealer buildings survive today. Well, the cars in the foreground are not FE FC, but those behind are. The featured car is a bit of a mystery as little is known other than it is in WA and wears a Holden badge of early 60's vintage. The other car on the stand appears to be Ross Coxson's FJ based custom (special) Anyone know anything about these cars?  Regards Alex |
