Finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Roof and quarters bared metalled (no gremlims). next hang panels check gaps and then remove and start painting. Keep you all posted.

Nice straight looking body there Brett, the interceptor/pursuit rims look like they fit well, any chance of a pic of the rear from underneath so I can see how you ran you pipes around the fuel tank.

Pedro,
The interceptors are not what i am using. These were put on so i didnt mark the ones i am using. I have attached a couple of photo's of the exhaust. I actually haven't got a photo looking at the tank with exhausts on both sides. I think photo 2 will show you what you are looking for. If not let me know and i will take a photo for you during the week.

Thanks Brett, that looks absolutely awesome from underneath you've done a great job on the old girl Cool Cool, unfortunately it didn't help me figure where to put my exhaust as i'm running leaf springs, i'll just have to wait until I talk with the inspector/engineer when the time comes.

I missed this last update Brett, you certainly have come a long way. The car is looking fantastic, are they the wheels you are going with or are you going more retro?

Dean.

Thanks Dean,
They are the wheels im using. Need to tyre black the tyres as they look pretty ordinary just coming from the painters. Getting some more chrome done at the moment and getting the front and rear seats retrimmed. The complete interior is going to be standard blue/black. You might not believe it but the front seat was the only bit of interior that was slightly faded. The rest of the interior looked close to new and is all original. The only reason for retrimming the rear seat is because of the tubbs. All hang on panels are also original. The arches of the front guards have been raised about 1 1/2 " for the wheels. I didnt want flares. It had to look part of the car. I will start to install door windows maybe next week. All have been slightly tinted already. I will keep the photos coming as i go.
regards Brett
