you can pick up a smiths heater from time to time on evilbay.
depends if you want to stick with original or modified.

How hard would it be to get it out of the vehicle (is it under the dash and easy to disconnect? I have an FC Special Sedan- I can't even remember if it had a heater- Would it have one as standard?
