Yes they bolt up but you then need a rear gear box mount there has recently been a thread about this subject ......FC427.......

Use the EJ box.
It has the grey mounts on the bellhousing.

Or you can use the gears out of a EJ EH HD HR and some HKs with 3 speed boxes and no syncro in 1st in the grey motor gearbox housing Wink

Forgive me for asking, but is there different strengths in the gears ie stronger, or is it just different ratios?

thanks for that fellows.    saw a reconditioned EH or HR gearbox for sale on ebay and thought it may have been more economical than having mine rebuilt.   Mike.
