Cut hose from fuel pump to wiper motor and insert a tee piece.
Connect hose from tee to inner pipe on switch.
Connect hose from outer leg of switch to top of vacuum jar.
Connect hose from lower outlet on vacuum jar to a tee under the dash.
Connect 2 short pieces of hose from this tee to the squirters. (Note the squirter hose diameter is smaller than the main hose diameter - the tee has one large leg and 2 small legs).

The instructions are clear that mixing the connections on the back of the switch will cause faulty operation.
