Yesterday, the NSW club were invited to the Back to the 50's day at the Tramway Museum.
A great role up of club cars added to the nostalgic images of Trams of a bygone era.
Interesting day where you could ride the Trams and hear about the history of Trams in NSW and beyond.
As can be seen by the pics, it was a great family day, with the kids enjoying climbing over and travelling in the Trams.
Here are a few pics.

If you want to check out the other 100 or so pics, check 'em out here:

Cracking pictures, Alex  Grin

I especially like the final four photographs - they take me back to a bygone era - these old Holden's look just right in this environment. Grin

Great pics Alex....!!

I was hoping to get there for the run - seeing as I live just up the road - but I had to take the young fella to his soccer presentations (Grand Final winners you know Grin )

Looks like it was a top day and a great roll-up!!

Love the arty versions too! Very slick!

Cheers..

Great pics, Alex (as usual).  Tram 358 - the 1st pic - is a South Australian "H" type, and still running on the City to Glenelg line on week-ends.  The one in the Sydney tram museum was acquired by them when new trams were put on the line in SA within the last couple of years.

SA Club went to the SA Tram Museum in July 2006; here's a pic
