With so many of the early pictures in this section deleted, I can't tell if this one has been featured before.  Anyway, it may as well get a run now.  Its from a publicity magazine called Australia To-Day published in October 1956.  It is one of the original FE launch photos.



I hope you enjoy this glimpse back to Australia yester-day.

Hey David.
Cool advert. Is it black and white?
I can't recall seeing this 1 before, though I have seen similar.
Thanks for sharing it.
re the missing images.
I guess a combination of my starphoto going down and the pics hosted on the other forum board not transfering, many pics have gone MIA.
I will work at dropping them into a photobucket album and refresh the pics over the next few weeks.

Hey Alex,

Its black and white.  There are plenty of coloured adverts in the magazine.  I guess Holden didn't see it as worthwhile to pay the extra.
