Not ebay special Pete, they left a note on the windscreen at a car show. They said it only had about 5000 miles on it when they replaced it with a red motor. When we looked at it to pick up it was in a shed.......obviously it hadn't been there the whole time.

Sounds like a bloke at work when he sells stuff

Its got brand new brake pads (40 thousand KS ago)
I changed the oil (15 thousand ks ago) ect ect Grin Grin

Hey that lumpy grey sounds great - sort of like a 36 class loco working a grade. Gotta love it !!!

Looks like Dean may require a set of RET's Boot Pins to replace the NASCO Boot Lid Prop.

Thanks Dave & John,

Mate that NASCO boot prop was a genuine shed find & therefore quite valuable....still has the NASCO barcode on it Cheesy.

John the boot pins are on the to do list.

Finally, the car went down and had it's blue slip inspection done today. I was relieved when the guy rang and said it had passed. I will try to get some recent pics of the transformation later in the week (when I take some)....lol.
