Seriously, these wheels are getting harder to score....congrats.
I almost bought a set of that last style of Tasman, just thought it was a bit too Mustang like for me.

Dean, do you need center caps for the Tasmans? If you do, while i was at the Wangaratta swap on Sunday, a guy i know had a set for sale, i didn't buy them but i can give you his number if you like. I have no idea of price, or what they might be worth.
 Also, it was great to meet up with you at Orange and put a face to the name.

Thanks Jimmy.

I did a compression test on the car this morning & these are the results:
1= 90
2= 70
3= 80
4= 70
5= 90
6= 80
 These are in lbs, what are good readings ie. what should it have? The motor is blowing a little smoke on start-up & on trailing throttle when going down hills ect. I have been told it sounds like valve stem seals & i don't want to just do them only to have to pull it apart in a months time cause we have opened another can of worms.

According to the manual.

Normal compression pressure at cranking speed, in an engine which has been fully broken in, is 115 lbs./sq. in. or better. All the cylinders should read alike to within 10 lbs./sq. in. for satisfactory engine performance.

This is word for word from the manual, while I am not an expert by any means, mine reads 115 across the board so I take it the 115 lbs. is correct. I'm sure others with more experience can fill you in about putting a bit of oil in each cylinder and testing again, if the compression goes up, it is your rings, if not it's your valves.

Dean,  when I got my car home it had poor power and was running rough so the first thing was a compression test.  All my cylinders were between 125 and 130psi.  The car is supposed to have done 50,000 miles but I have no knowledge if any work has been done to the motor.  The roughness and poor power was loose inlet manifold, no centrifugal advance on the distributor and a new faulty spark plug.
