It is listed in my NASCO master parts catologue as:
Panel assembly-Outer lower FE/219,FE/229, FE/2104, FC/219, FC/229, FC/2104

No mention of FE or FC 2106 (ute). That is listed as 7406156

Yes the tailgate for wagon and van is totally different to ute.  Quite a lot of NOS wagon tail gates around - never seen a ute one though.
