Commodore radiator

Hi
Has anyone put a VK 6 cylinder Radiator into and FE/C or had the original converted to triple bypass.
I have been told a  commodore V6 crossflow will fit as well but im not sure about the size. Any help would be good

A crossflow commodore v6 radiator fits pretty well, check out the pic in photo board of 59v6, but note that this radiator is offest to one side to make space for the air-box up front. Make sure all the hose connections can end up in the right positions as well.

This is my first time on this site, and you have to forgive me as i am only a learner.
I just finished putting in a vn v6 commodore radiator into my grey motored FC, must say it was a challenge.

Why do you want to put in a bigger radiator?( not being critical)
Are you running an original motor?
Any way, i had to do some mod's to the chassis and front radiator shroud.
I will try to e-mail you some foto's of what i have done.

To post some pix of your work - sounds great BTW - all you need to do is register on the site.  Try and limit them to 400pixels wide and they have to be JPEG format, and no more than 64K each.

Hi Liam

I've had a Falcon Crossflow radiator fitted to my FC, to keep a lid on the hot 186 I'm running.

Looks a bit 'heavy duty'...keeps things cool though... have had no problems whatsoever temperature wise. Won't break the bank either, and are readily available.

I've just found a baby blower advertised in the local paper - love to see if the crossflow could handle NOS and a blower...

The rot has set in first a F**D radiator next a F**D diff, watch out for the rust transfer from the F**D parts.
