Hi all.

The car Paul and I picked up last weekend requires King Pins on both sides. Can any one help out.

If no one here can help with your kingpin kits have a look on ebay as they do appear there from time to time.
From memory Rare Spares also do them as kits as well.
Type in RSP Australia (Rare Spares)in your browser and have a look.
If you do it yourself you will also need to get hold of a reamer as well but if you need anyone to do it for you I'm sure someone on this forum will be able to point you in the direction of someone who can.

Oh and if you do it yourself make sure you line the grease hole in the bush up with the grease nipple...no grease hole...no grease....no grease.....no more bush...and very quickly too!!

What do these look like out of a car. I have 2 strange looking things (suspected kingpins, new old stock) that came out of an ex holden dealers shed. came with various other early holden things.
No bushes or anything just the pins.
I've always run ball joint front ends.

Terry and Adda,

There is a set ,full set ,for EJ-EH on e bay.I have asked the question of the seller "Would they fit an FC". He said he didn't know if they would suit or not.Can any one shed some light on this.

I believe FB onwards kingpin was a larger diameter than FX to FC

Thanks for the help and info guys, I've found the ones that came off  my wagon (when I went for a ball joint Front) hidden in the shed so I wouldn't lose them , under the rest of the wagon stuff.that I wouldn't lose.

G'DAY GUYS....
I KNOW YOU SOLVED YOU PROBLEM,BUT I THOUGHT YOU LIKE TO KNOW THAT THE LAST TIME I NEEDED A SET OF KING PINS  FOR MY FC I BOUGHT A SET OF NOS ONES FROM "TONY NOONAN ,OBSOLUTE SPARES" IN KURRAJONG NSW  AND I EVEN THINK THAT FX TO FE ARE THE SAME,FC ARE LARGER? ,FB TO EH WONT WORK.....SOMEONE MITE KNOW FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
