Nicko
Just as well I still have the link to view your album, coz you still struggle with the photo and link situation.

Cheers Jim

Nicko.
I had the same problem & I know how F*****G frustrating it is! Angry
I tried the "Tiny'URL" & that didn't work either, but I worked out what I was doing wrong.
What you need to do is the following.
I opened 3 web pages. 1 the forum, 2 the Photobucket site, 3, the Tiny.URL site.

Go to your Photobucket site & copy the image URL you want.
Paste that into the Forum thread you are posting.
This is where it gets important.

You will note that the tag has [IMG] at each end. You DO NOT shrink this in Tiny.URL machine, as that is what makes it not work.
You need to copy the rest of that link (NOT the [IMG] bits).

Then paste that URL into the Tiny.URL site. This will shrink.

Then, once you have the new shrunken URL, copy that & paste it over the TOP of the old url on the forum post, remembering to leave the "[IMG]" at the start & the finish.

THEN IT WORKS!! Woooo Hoooo.

Goodluck.
Let me know if you have anymore problems.

Here's a much better and easier fix for posting photos, and it will work every time.

1. Go to http://www.tinypic.com
2. Click on 'BROWSE'
3. Locate the file (picture) you want to upload
4. Highlight the file by clicking on it
5. Click on 'OPEN'
6. Click on 'HOST PICTURE'
7. After a few seconds, or a little longer if your file is a bit bigger, your file will be hosted. Down the lower part of the screen it will give you a choice of tags to copy and paste into your post.
8. Copy the 'Img' tag. To do this just click in the box with the tag that looks like this. ['IMG]http://tinypic.com/dorrjt.jpg[/IMG'] The whole thing should be blue
9. On your keyboard, hold down the 'CTRL' key and press the 'C' key. This has copied the tag
10. Go back to your post and paste the link by holding down the 'CTRL' key and then pressing the 'V' key.
11. DONE!!!

Here's an image of Tinypic with some pointers:

Here's how you paste it in to your message:

Practice it a few times and you will see its VERY easy, and Tinypic will automatically resize the larger photos for you.

Cheers,

Craig.
