If anyone is interested, it looks like Slim's old HQ Monaro is in Street Machine Magazine, and a cover car no less.

Speaking of Flames, he has been busy of late. He has his own publication called "StickShift" and a great looking RatRod/Hybrid called Miss StickShift. A roadster body on a hand made chassis with mostly torana running gear.
There's 12 pages of the build up on another forum so far - http://www.cruizin.com.au/newforum/thread-view.asp?threadid=2656&start=1

Yes its my 2 door . And yes the story doesnt match the facts but hey its still a Tough machine. This car has had over $150,000 poured into it via its last 3 owners, believe me , I know cause 90 of em were mine. And ps He never picked the paint colour , I supplied the paint with the car .... Also I had already done all the Suspension, Engine plates , 4 link, Engine, Exhaust, Fuel cell, Rollcage, Wheels, Brakes.  But he has done a great job to put it back into street trim, as I was heading for the drag strip with it... Good luck to Joe Napoli for the finished product.
