Clint has sent me some pix to post of the progress of his FC.  As you can see it has come a long way.

I'll leave Clint to add some comments...

What happened to the square edge dress rims in the shot before the new mags ?

Im looking for a good set

Hi Chris, not for sale as such but more of a swap for another project plus cash need to keep working on the old holdens as i love to, its been a long time since i have had the chance to, in my younger days i stripped a few down(3 fcs) with the intent to re build but failed. Now im older and can afford to do now what i wanted to then.Regards Clint.

Geez, I know that feeling, I messed with K-Mart addons on a 4cyl Torana before trying to go the whole hog on a 6cyl LC Torana. I cringe at some of the ideas I had back then.
It's great to work on the cars when
a) you know what are doing (through experience) and
b) you can afford to put ideas into action.

The LC is in the shed at the in-laws and will hopefully make it back on to the road.

This fc is going to get the full rebuild starting in three weeks, i almost sold it but i am glad i did'nt really looking forward to getting stuck in. Thanks to fast eddie for getting some top quality parts. I will be giving it a new colour also at this stage purple is looking good with a whiteish roof but i can change my mind any time, i will post pics as it gets underway.

Cheers
