I have too much on my plate in the next 12 months, then will run out of storage for the FE.It's a complete car and a driver and for sale $3750.Lots of hard work done!
Work done:-
-all rust in body(floors, sills, pillars etc) replaced in steel and bodywork done to & including hi build primer from bare metal
-front guards have had rust repaired and are in bare metal
-lhr door repaired and in primer (remaining doors need some panel work and 50c piece of rust repaired in 1)
-bonnet louvered, dechromed and hi build primered from bare metal-needs minimal bog over welds
-bootlid primered and dechromed-needs minimal panel work
-new whitewall radials
-crash box floor shift fitted but comes with all column bits
-brand new brakes, new rubber brake hoses, new diff brake line, brake and clutch master cylinders kitted
-new repro front seat side panels
-front guard seams welded
-tailights frenched

Car is complete apart from quarter window rubbers, bailey channels and door belts.Has original windscreen rubbers which look ok and has serviceable door rubbers. All parts are bagged and tagged.

Bonnet, boot and headlight chrome is pitted.Have several grille surrounds including one set which would be great rechromed. All stainless trims are there and pretty decent.

Has complete upholstery but front seat needs spring repairs and headlining needs replacing.Motor runs well but gearbox leaks oil chronic!

And these parts are also for sale as a job lot for $1500 no offers and will not be separated! 2 x louvered spats, sunvisor, smiths heater(bakelite broken),rear venetian ,twin carbs/manifold with new filters & linkage, extractors, alloy rocker cover, set of 4 13" hollywood moon wheel covers(new),2 demister ducts(not shown),original floor shift, set of 4 flush mount outside door openers(not shown).

Mark 0431 746204.

Oh and by the way here is my current daily driver.

Hey Fatboy, you are the FE/FC King, why not branch out into sedans?

Yeah Alex, the Kombi's a great ride and as you say the FE is good value-I know the hours I put in to repair the rust properly would cost a motza!

My loss will definately be someone else gain- I have seen worse for more $.

Son, the sunvisor and spats will eventually come in the inheritance, why not take them now!

For everyone else the car is still available-save yourself some serious bodywork dollars and buy it-otherwise I will have to finish it! And then enjoy driving it etc etc.
