Hey Michael I am from Perth so I do not know anyone in Melbourne who will be able to do it.However I suggest you go to a reputable panel shop, one that is in to restorations or custom mods. I am a panelbeater and have fitted many seatbelts to early model cars; fitting seatbelts is right up a panelbeaters alley so to speak. If you have problems you can email me at
