Hi all
thought i would show you my rattish 57 FE. took it out for its first family day run sunday, happened to join in the bay to birdwood run for about 5k that was fun with everyone waving and the kids waving back. Then parked and watched the old classics go by. then it was of to the local sausage sizzle for a bite. what a great day, you certainly get some stares in the old girls.

cheers

Looks awesome mate but is "RAT"an understatement  Grin
or what ! Ya cant beat it can ya, No matter how used to driving the things you get,you still see the smiling kids from the back window of the car in front or the little bastards yelling out smoke it up or the coppers defecting you  Huh.
Just kidding, I freshened up a VN to drive daily so its not so hard on the old FB and after 6 months I find the VN sits in the driveway more often than not.

Yep we're Holden boys through n through

Looking cool Scott.
Nothing beats taking the family out for the first run in the car. Makes them appreciate what you have been doing hidden in the garage all these months.

I wasn't a real fan of flat black until now. I've gotta say Scott, that looks fantastic  Shocked  The long hours have paid off big time - congratulations.

Thanks guys,
with comments like these its always worth while.
but hey as we know a photo always looks good,
she has her tatty spots, but she still owes me a grand and a bit. cheap motoring with style. has a few nasco goodies ie warmaride with demister vents, reverse lights that work, camper seat, they came with it , ive put in wilsonia gauge, air chief radio which i swapped for spats i had and could not use, due to wide wheels. still got sratch plates to go on, another set of wheels etc etc. the list goes on then it all starts again with my FC
special sedan im picking up tomorrow.

cheers
