That'd be the Surfers Paradise Hotel on the corner of Cavill Ave and Gold Coast Highway I'm guessin'. Famous for it's beer garden.

Hard Rock cafe now, but the old "Bird-Watchers" bar is still there.

Its part of the Paradise Centre development.
