I wonder if anyone has had any experience with ute or wagon rear springs fitted to their sedan and what effect that may have had on the ride?
better/worse, harder/softer, etc.?
Thanks,SGO.

sgo,
I have ute rear springs fitted to my sedan. I have stock HR front springs and find that the front is too soft for the ute springs . I had 6.5 inch mags on the car & need the ute springs to combat tyre scrape on the standard guards. I am returning to 6inch wheels & may be getting my standard springs reset . I find the ute springs do give a bouncy ride & would need heavy duty front springs to handle properly.

Wagon springs are the go.  These have 5 leaves (utes and vans have 6 whilst sedans only had 4).  I have the wagon springs on my sedan and they stiffen it up a bit without going overboard.  They do raise the rear about an inch I guess in stock form but you could have them reset to suit your needs.
