Vern,
Not certain, but I think Rare Spares sells rebuild kits for the front door hinges, with pin, bushes, rivets and springs. The spring is the same all the way through to HR.
My experience is that the front door hinges are individually fitted to each car, and you run the risk of the door not aligning properly if you replace them.

I confirm you can get the springs and rivets at least. I’m not sure about the pins.
