Variable speed drill Drill, $1:50 round hand scrubbing brush, nut, bolt and a bottle of Jif.

https://www.bunnings.com.au/morgan-palm-dish-brush-with-soap-dispenser_p4480485The best part about this is that the brush has a pump action, disconnect the top, pull out the valve and I found a bolt that went straight in with no drilling, put a washer and nut on then tap the clear plastic a few times to break it off.
Just use low speed and go slow otherwise there will be grey Jif everywhere. I suggest hosing off if you can as a sponge and bucket of water take forever.
