Hello,

I'm planning to fit up a set of Jack Meyers headers to a 138.

I've heard that it is possible to use a manual engine pipe and an auto engine pipe from the headers into a Y connector, as they are different shapes due to the clearance requirments of the auto cars.

Has anyone set  JM headers up on a car recently, and if so, what is the optimum configuation vis pipe diameter, muffler location etc.

I've almost grown out of the requirments for a loud exhaust, but an appropriate exhaust rumble/growl would still be desirable. Just not a drone!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Do you have the cast iron or rare Stainless versions.
Why stuff about with manual and auto pipes??
I either made up my own or sent it off to the local exhaust shop I trusted.

Paul,

They are cast iron.

I can't say any of my dealings with exhaust shops has stood out as being favourable to date.....

Any recommendations, Sydney, north side?

Regards
