Hit the BBB website (Better Business Bureau) in the USA and there are more reviews and problems listed.

having said all that, I did always get my orders eventually but not before paying in full up front, waiting unrealistic periods of time and going through the frustration of email updates that were rarely truthful.

I have a beautiful roof lining made from this roll.
I recall the product research undertaken & then the extensive delays experienced.
