Hi every body,

New to the group, I have jut purchased a 58 FC sedan, Body not to bad, HR front end,202, Disk brakes, Drum rear with what I have been told 308 diff, 4 spd manual on the floor. I am looking at doing the car up, I want to make it Auto, power steering, aircon ect so I can go cruising with wife and kids. So I started looking for a donor car. Most people I know suggested a Jag diff and Auto box, apparently bullet proof? they also said that the 4lt 6 cly motor were good as well. I know nothing about JAGS. I was thinking keep diff and change to a 5ltr holden v8 with auto box? What is best option?

I'd use a VS solid axle ute or even a Crewman for new goodies and has a solid Diff too
