Hi guys,

What was the widest optional tyre ever fitted to the FE/FC from the factory?

Cheers

Unfortunately JB the only option for tyres in the late fifties was in the thickness of the rubber.
Sedans had 6.40 x 13 - 4 ply, whilst Utes and vans were fitted with 6.40 x 13 - 6 ply.
Sedans could be optioned up to the "bigger" rubber Tongue
