I know there's a few out there 'missing' the Pins on the back ,well today I realized if your Chrome speaker cover has the small''L Shaped bracket attached to it on the inside,at the base,just unscrew it,and with the delete plate attached,turn the bracket ''upside down''and screw it on,and ''VIOLA''[I think that's how ya spell it]it's secure,hope this helps!
