has anyone got any pics of how to modify the seat frame to make the scallop to clear the gear shift for a supra 5 speed?

Mark, have a look at some of the articles that Alex posts, I'm sure I've seen a couple of shots with this done. I think you would cut a section out of the lower frame and take a few curves out of the springs. Stinky May be able to help with how much to cut out as he is a trimmer.
