I have the Holden badge from the front grill off the FC and just wondering if its something I should sell and if so how much are they worth?

I'm in a lot of financial trouble at the moment due to being laid off 2 months ago and I'm trying to do everything I can to keep my head above water and that means selling both cars and parts that I've accumulated to build them.

I vaguely remember someone mentioning that they would take it off my hands but I can't remember who???

Any help much appreciated

Cheers

Ben

Bit hard to see the quality of the chrome, but it looks reasonably ok, so would be a good candidate for rechroming.
The plastic centre is faded but does not appear to have major cracks in it. Also i assume that the clips are missing off the back of the plastic badge and the plastic itself is not broken on the back where the retaining legs are.
Given all these variables, I would think the badge is worth between $100 and $150
They are not all that rare, it's surprising how often they come up on eBay.

Hi Ben

I agree with Slim. As with any car part or car they are only worth what some one is willing to pay.

In recent times prices have been down along with bidders. Some stuff is just not moving as people either are not willing or can not afford the asking price.

Cheers Jim

Nice item, but I can't stretch myself quite that far.
I think I need to re chrome the one I have & be content with that.
Good luck with it.
