A heartfelt thank you to all of you for your kind words,gestures,encouragement and sentiment regarding the passing of my beloved Father!
Things just arent the same now but im just about managing.
A very special thank you to Gary{zulu} and Mal {MalFE} who came to my rescue within an hour of my phone call on the 7th October{ the day before the funeral} to help get my 48-215 up and running after i discovered the kill switch was stuck on " kill ".
Both Absolute gentlemen and Mal was a genius with the electrics and wouldnt leave until he had it just perfect.
So grateful to both of you for your exeptional generosity and willingness to help.
My black 48 took pride of place outside the church and in fact led the prossession from the church to the gravesite.
This is a very special car as it was Dads " first car" one in which he took my mother on their first date together.
I was even lucky enough to have his original plates re issued which is really special !
