    I am after a 138 red or a 149 red motor PLEASE.  I think after nearly 20 yrs I should make the ute LEGAL.

My goodness Grandson!!

You turn 50 and all of a sudden you lose your senses!!!!  Why worry about legalities now?      
And you should be concentrating on that two door............how long until that's ready to go??  As your Nan do I get first ride?

Or you could get the motor and gearbox you already have installed properly engineered and certified, couldn't you?

Surely that would be a better long-term proposition....

Hey Granny,
   If I have turned 50 how old are you?  You will certenly get first ride in the two door. It should be ready by the weekend. Do you really love your car or was it a rumor going around at the nat's?. Thanks for the birthday wishes. We will have some drinks at the next run.

Yes RET I could get the ute engineered but !!!!!!!!!!!  it  jjust wouldn't be the same.
