After four years seperation between myself and my 2 tone green FC wagon we are frinally united. The old man put the hard word on me a few months back "sell it or get it out of my shed". After putting it on this forum for sale i was convinced to keep her and move on my Hyundai instead (i dont know what i was ever thinking). I have had crab bar and two lapstraps fitted in the back for child seats and she is now our Sunday cruise. My wife and i had a real laugh on our first family outing last week recalling driving around well over 10 years ago to pubs and clubs at all hours of the night with the FC being used as our band bus and now we are cruising Sunday mornings to the markets. Lifes sweet. I'll get a few pick up to share her when i get organised. We are at Bermagui far Sth coast NSW if anyone is ever down this way.
Cheers

That's why you may have found it hard to sell as you did not have any attached in your sale post.
you can email if you like and I can post em.
Or tell me where in newcastle you are and i'll come and take photos.........

Hey NES, Newcastle is big, but not so big that it includes Bermagui (yet).

However, photos are always well received, so hopefully there can be some soon.

Cheers

The FC was in Newcastle until last week but is now at Bermagui. No Newcastle's not that big we are about 600km south. My dad and brother looked after me and borrowed a car trailer and towed it down (they did have a motive to see our 8 week old bub). There is a bird living in the carport that keeps shitting on the roof. I have moved on his nest and politely asked him to leave but no, every morning a fresh crap on the rear of the roof. He'll be turned into stock if he keeps it up. Yeah NES if you want to pm me your email i'll send through some picks if you would like to upload, i would love to share the joy. An interesting thing with the crab bar and belts was that no engineers certificate was required because the car is still stock standard. I had the bar fitted directly behind the back seat and 2x lap belts fitted professionally and up to legal standard but did not need a engineer to sign it off (saving a fair few dollars). Total cost was $530 which i thought was pretty good.

Thanks for uploading pics NES. Its at Wallaga Lake. We have a sweet little rental about 100m down the gravel road. Nice quiet place only about 150 people live there. I work 30km north of home at Narooma and have been driving the FC to work. Drives like a dream. Not one stop sign or traffic light the whole way so gets gets to wind up and cruise. What sort of fuel are you guys using? I've just been putting in normal unleaded with the valve saver additive. Whats recommended?
