Hi Damo,
I recently purchased some front floor pans from Rare Spares and outer sills from Retro Rods.
As far as I am aware and was advised by Sydney store, Rare Spares are the only major distributor of the floor pans and have stopped making the outer sills.
The front floor sections are of a good quality and in my opinion and experience fit very well.
Hope this helps
Ed

have a front left if you need it.
Ed, do you know if Retro Rods still stock the old Rate Spare ones? I put a basic extrusion piece, but not a complete sill.

Hi Stash,
I spoke with Gav and he didn't mention any old rares products.
Damo,
The sills are just a straight section, so the ends will need to be shaped to get the curve at the dog leg. I normally join them before this, but this time I'll be needing to fabricate something. Profile wise I've used them on a couple of other cars and they are a very good fit.
Cheers

Just give Gavin at Retro Rods a ring Stash he's a decent bloke, I've rung him and then e-mailed a plan of what I've needed and he's had it ready the next day at very reasonable prices, he stopped making floor pans because he wasn't happy with the fit but the last time I talked to him he was talking about starting to do them again, I also used his sills on my wagon and there was no problem with the fit. Not panels for me although I'm sure he would do some, I got him to knock up the piece of subframe that goes under the radiator, a couple of eyebrows and a rear top of guard section he was going to make me a wagon petrol tank surround but I ended up going down a different path, he makes vintage bike petrol tanks, wheel spats for customers all over the world and all sorts of custom stuff, as I said just give him a ring and ask him he's very friendly and helpfull, tell him you're with the FE/FC site and Pedro who used to live in Hervey Bay recommended him.
