Im doing my  fc sedan in the next couple of weeks.
A lot of people use the Mcdonald bros ones or squared off style ones me  and a mate that has a  EJ have measured up BA falcon and they have a nice looking radius  so we are going to cut a set out from the wreckers and try and incorporate that into it.

I have some pics on the work computer with a few squared off sets.

Also search KINGY on this forum he did his FC

I used the original tubs and put a spacer in them to get 10" underneath. The photos are in 365days...
When Ed did his Datto ute he used trailer guards that had a very nice radius and then extended them to suit if you don't like the square edges.

Good luck

 As per JB's kind words.

I used trailer guards with a radiuses edge and then just swaged some lines in the face panel.

It is a Datsun but in principle the same process.

Cheers
