I am having trouble sealing the doors behind the door swabs. I have endeavoured to do this on three occasions, but water still seems to leak. I have been using black poly sheeting sealed with silastic. Has anyone else had this trouble, and if so have you been successful in getting a good seal? PS: I have used new plastic clip inserts as well. Many Thanks in Anticipation Rod

The original plastic door seals had a flap at the bottom which stopped water from running down the inside of the door trim panel and directed it into the bottom of the door where it ran out the drain holes. It is essential that you make this flap part as well when you fit new plastic seals on the door inner frames, or find a decent set of original ones.
