I need to get a trim sample picked up for a job on an EK Sedan, but the supplier seems to have difficulty getting a cut sample from the roll to the post box

I've been hassling these guys for 3-4 weeks now, spoke to 3 or people all of which have said they sent samples. I have even gone as far a trying to secure material through an SA distributor who is getting the same run-around, but apparently these guys are the only ones who have the material in Australia
